Director will support initiatives that lead to a positive impact in employee engagement, morale and retention while aligning with business priorities and goals. This position oversees the measurement and feedback mechanisms that capture the pulse of the Affiliates and company employees sentiment on an ongoing basis.  This position will collaborate across the organization to develop and implement initiatives that enrich work experience at XCompanies. Position is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of talent engagement initiatives across the organization. including but not limited to recognition programs, leadership development and performance management.

Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with business goals, support companywide employee engagement initiatives to highlight Xcompanies’ mission, vision and values and to help differentiate XCompanies’ reputation. Work directly with senior leadership and other corporate / facility leaders on strategies to improve employee morale and talent engagement outcomes. Proactively analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop action plans that increase overall talent engagement and retention.  Monitor facility turnover statistics and develop talent retention strategy for higher turnover locations in conjunction with responsible facility / corporate leadership.    Bring forth recommendations and solutions to ensure high quality, high impact talent engagement, satisfaction, and recognition activities.  Oversee the talent recognition program intended to positively impact talent engagement and retention.  Collect leadership feedback on engagement, satisfaction, and recognition activities and programs, and be able to demonstrate and speak to impact. Responsible for managing and adapting the selected performance management system. Prepares and delivers customized leadership development training programs on topics such as building a great work culture, dimensions of workplace diversity and demonstrating best practices in talent recognition. Assist in the creation of recruiting content for external social media channels and other digital platforms that positively promotes XCompanies.
