This position manages sales activities of specific company unit by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Works independently. Prepares strategic plan with short and long-range goals to meet objectives, and enlists support from members of staff and various other organizations.
Creates and executes business plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities, identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities. Effectively conveys our message in written/ verbal business development discussions. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. Identifies customer issues and works with the operational lead to provide resolution. Manages Sales Force to track and prepare reports of business opportunities. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote services. Must speak Spanish.
